Level sensors
A level sensor is a device that detects the presence of liquid in a vessel. Once the liquid level is detected, the sensor converts the data into an electric signal. Level sensors are used primarily in the manufacturing and automotive industries, but they can be found in many household appliances as well, such as ice makers in refrigerators.
Level sensors are devices that detect the level of liquid or solid material in a container. Once the level is detected, the sensor converts the perceived data into an electric signal. Level sensors are used primarily in the manufacturing and automotive industries, but they can be found in many household appliances as well, such as ice makers in refrigerators.
Level sensors measure the liquid level in a container or tank. The level sensor will continuously monitor the liquid level and provide a representation of that data as a continuous electrical signal. If the fluid level does not change for a period of time, the level sensor will trigger an alarm or alert.
We offer a variety of level sensors, from classic mercury switch and float sensors to pressure sensors for liquids over 2000 psi. We work with our customers to create custom solutions tailored to your application. Whether you need one type of sensor, or a full line of complete microprocessor-equipped level switches and gauges, we can meet your needs.
